forgot adminstrator password (WXP)

i am using windows xp pro on fat32 .Due to a virus my windows has got crupted.Now my problem is that when i start my recovery console it ask me for an administrator password but i no loger remember my password.So what should i do . I dont want to reinstall my windows as i got alot of data.
