Conflict with Skype

I am having trouble with Skype and Spyware Doctor conflicting. Sound quality on Skype, a VoIP service. The received sound quality is very choppy and there are extreme delays in voice from the dialed party. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hey, ive tried to replicate the problem, but couldnt get it to produce the results you are experiencing.

If you disable OnGuard, does this still happen?
