For some reason or another, when I go to any web page, my hard drive wants to constantly grind, my web pages freeze up, I get IE script errors though I can not catch what they are, and I do have IE 6.0 with the script debugging checked. Also I get the wonderful blue scree with system busy or unstable, windows- fatal exception oe has occured at 0028:c02986da in VDX VWIN32(05)+00002062. And to top it off I get recovery desktop and lose all task bar icons. I do not know what caused this and i have ran virus scans and any disk or windows errors tools. Any help is appreciated. Thank You,

Tracy

I have IE 6.0 too and I used to have bajillions of problemos when I had things like script debugging ticked. If you have that ticked then everytime theres a script error on the page it'll prompt you to debug it~what ever that mean...lol~in my internet options I went through and disable EVERYTHING I absolutely didnt need to browse to obtain maximum page download times

The following are the ones<font color=red> I DO have ticked<font color=black> in the Internet Options Advanced Tab

Always send URL as UTF......
Disable Script Debugging
Enable Folder View for FTP Sites
Use HTTP1.1
Jit Compiler for vm machines
Enable Automatic Image resizing
Play Sounds in Web Pages (cuz its cool..lol)
Show Pictures
Smart Image Dithering
Do not save encrypted pages to disk
Empty temporay Internet file folders...
Use SSL2.0
Use SSL3.0

In the security tab I have most of the items set to disable exept the Java items, because I need them to access hotmail and signing into msn.
