Changing the Start Explroer path (without shortcut (W2K)

This is a Windows 2K/XP Question...

When you right click on the start button and click explore it puts you automatically in your profile. Is there a tweak that would allow me to change the start path to the root of C?

Without creating a shortcut it looks like you cannot change it.
