Where are NTFS permissions stores in reg? (WNT)

We are moving all data files and folders from an older NT box (166 mhz) to a newer box. I am loading a fresh install of NT on the new box and just want to copy the shared folders off the old one to the new one without the system files.

My question is where in the registry are folder permisions stored so I could just import this to the new NT server?
