I wouldn't try, I learned by losing disks that browsing the Internet and burning a CD at the same time caused a bad CD, both actions are processor intensive. I've had better luck with WinXP Pro doing both but only as a test.
The biggest problem is the software for the burner, usually can't do two CD-RW drives at once and usually can't have 2 brands/versions of the burning software on at once. Always causes problems because the software has to access the hardware.

Are you looking to copy the same discs? or to write 2 completely differently discs?
If the same then i believe that Disc Juggler by Padus is capable of operating multi disc if you are trying to write 2 different discs then i am not sure it is possible i know someone who was trying this out a couple of years ago but without success however with faster discs available nowadays i suppose it must be possible

If I had the money I'd probably get a disk duplicator setup, can do 2, 4, 6, or more, only limited by how many drives will fit. There's duplicators for hard drives also.

in theory if they both have Buffer Underrun protection (and/or SCSI perhaps) it could work efficently.
Programs like Nero use multi-CPU which could help you if you were not on a single CPU machine.
