On the W2K machine: Go to Start\Settings\Network and Dial-up connections, right click Local Area Connection, choose Properties. In the window that comes up, click Install, select Protocol, click Add. In the next menu choose Apple Talk Protocol. After installing the protocol, right click My Computer, click Manage. In the MMC window that pops up, go to Shared Folders, right click Shares (under Shared Folders) select New File Share. Here you can select to share as Windows share or Mac volume, or both. Bare in mind that Mac volume option is only availiable after installing the Apple Talk protocol.

On your Mac: From Chooser, click connect to computer, you will be promted to install Microsoft UAM Volume driver v.5.0. Click OK, and you will be able to connect to the shares you have created on your windows machine.

You will also need to create a user account on the W2K machine for the MAC.
