Anyone know how to remove the Windows Help from the start menu, or the name of the file it refers to?

I searched the posts and found that someone repeatedly recommended WinBoost 98 to remove the help icon from the start menu. This only allows you to rename, not remove the icon. The reason I wanted to remove it was for security reasons. However, disabling it is just fine. To disable access to it you can rename the file "c:\windows\help\windows.chm", move it, or if you really want to, delete it. Thanks for all who have posted before concerning this.
