First thing clear all your temp internet files & cookies to see if that has any effect

Thanks for your reply Dank when you said delete the cookies & temp Internet files I looked & was amazed to notice my home page cookies aren't there any more. I click the home button & get this "You don't have permission to access / on this server" Ive never had this before. Any Ideas now Thanks Again

Is it just your current homepage that is acting up? Try changing it & see if that makes any difference

Hi Dank I just changed it & I can get any other it appears to be only my own OptusNet Home page I tried again just then & got this Forbidden You don't have permission to access on this server Arrrgghhh!! the thing is it couldnt be my ISP problem because at least it would try to log on to it, but the above message is very annoying, does anyone on OptusNet in Australia have troubles getting their Home Page! Thanks Again for your Help. . .

No probs Hally.
Seems strange though, i can access the site OptusNet with no problems
Hally,
I have no problem getting OptusNet from Canada. Did your ISP do any recent upgrades? When mine did, it created havoc with everything they touched. Made me /images/forums/icons/crazy.gif!

Holy Cow what a small world Dank are you on with OptusNet too!/images/forums/icons/wink.gif you wouldnt believe it I clicked your link & it went straight to the home page then I simply put my sign in password to get my personalised setting back & presto its fixed. I've tried all week to get it with no joy, I think clicking your link maybe put a new cookie in my system (just guessing) but anyway its fixed thank you Dank

Hally,
I'm glad Dan's link fixed it for you. It's good to know that OpusNet can be accessed from half way round the world - UK & Canada. Too bad you couldn't get to it right there on the same continent!

EDIT: Just plain curious - What time & day is it for both of you? I'm sitting here baking (even with central A/C) at 4:40PM Wednesday afternoon. It's 38ºC (100ºF) - in the shade! I'm guessing it's just after 9:40PM for you, Dan, but I'm clueless about you, Hally - 16 hours ahead???

Nana
Maybe you need some of the "central ArcticCanada" piped in.
Hi, Bert!
You better believe it! It's 9:30PM and the temp is still over 32ºC (about 90ºF for you non-metric people). Then again, if the weather didn't change, what would we have to complain about?
