i had a glance of this mesage when i was shuting down my computer. This happen allso in win2k.

I've seen this dialog box inside of InstallShield setup files. Probably way off, but what the heck!

EXACTLY what does it say?

Is it Should not see me !!

Is it's size about 132 x 94?

Ive seen this many times and only at two specific points. After installing drivers for your video card or chipset drivers for your mother board when you go to shutdown this "box" comes up basically as a hung program and asking if you wish to wait or end task. I have seen it in both 2k and XP and it doesnt matter which updates are installed. I've installed an ATI and SIS video card to receive these errors and also VIA chipset drivers for the mother board. No other time have I seen this come up

dont quite remember the exact expresion, and yes it was after a driver install.
i've asked in other forums and this apears only after driver instal or update.
