IE Opening Problem (WXP)

I currently have three different users on this pc, and everything's been working fine with my XP Pro. Recently whenever I open IE or My Computer, it seems as if nothing has happened until after about thirty seconds the window pops up. This only happens on my account, the others are working perfectly fine and quick to load IE. I've even closed all non-system programs besides Explorer to free up space, and to no avail.

I had a similar problem a few weeks back.
Are you using any third party software with IE

I was using Stardownload when my IE was acting up but uninstalling it cleared the problem
