I see you have received no responses. Perhaps others, like myself, have not the faintest idea of what you are talking about. What do you mean by:

I hope I'm understanding your question correcxtly. I think you are trying to Register a computer program that you have purchased. Is that correct? If so, try these instructions:

Open the program you are trying to register and click on 'Help'. There may be something saying Register or there may just be a link to the site where you have to go to register the program. Either way, you will end up going to the site that the program came from to register it.

Or, if you purchased your program from a 'bricks & mortar' store (not on line), you may find a registration card in the box that the program came in. It will give you all the information you need to either register on line or to mail your registration card where it is supposed to go.
