Win98SE Spanish to English Help Please

Hi,
I need to change from Windows 98SE Spanish to Windows 98SE English. Do I have to completely start over or can I just reinstall the English version over the Spanish version?

You'll probably have to start over. Windows may not be the biggest problem but there is always other programs and device drivers that have to fit in the version of Windows that is installed.
