This error occurs when a Windows 2000 program (often running as a service) restricts access to OpenGL. You must stop the program that has exclusive control over OpenGL. If this program is running as a service, change the Startup Type of the service to Manual and then reboot.

Hope this helps...

Hi again,

While i am working in adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver and I run IE from dreamweaver then it returns me error and disable my home folder as well access from network. after closing all application then my home folder accessible to me.
Regarding your reply I didn't see any service which i should stop or change the behavior of service that corresponding to these application.

Is there any permanent solution for this problem by modifying registry or changing the behavior of any service
