Does anyone know how to disable the "set as wallpaper" option in mspaint or internet explorer 5.5

I want to stop people from changing the wallpaper, i have set it in the registry so that you cannot change it in the display options, but people are opening pictures and clicking "set as wallpaper" which is annoying.

Any help would be greatfully received.

Not sure about paint but for internet explorer
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\ ActiveDesktop create a DWORD value NoChangingWallPaper and set its data to 1

shortcut951,

Prevent IE by deleting the files Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp from the windows folder. Now create a folder in the Windows folder with the name of Internet explorer.bmp. If they try to set wallpaper in IE they get an "Access Denied" message.

You can remove the Set As wallpaper menu items in MSPAINT by using Resourc Hacker. I don't have access to a Win95 machine, only 98 or above.
