IE6 Menu and Dialog Language (W98)

my friend download a German Language IE6 and installed it in his computer. how can i change the Menus and Dialog Language from German Language to English (U.S.) Language? i tried to change it using the Internet Option but no avail. Pls. Help... Tnx...

If it were my computer I would remove this IE6 and install the English version.

But, I suppose you could go to Windows Update and Download Language support(dialogs etc) for English. I am not sure if it will be available.

Then go to Internet Options>Languages>add
And select English from the list.

I would go along with Mosaic's first answer: remove IE6 and install the english version.
