Thanks for that tip, but i've already removed the toobar button. I am wanting to remove or gray out the file menu... View, Explorer Bar, History. I am using Internet Explorer 6 in Windows XP Pro, and W2000 Pro

Open the registry and find this key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{EFA24E62-B078-11d0-89E4-00C04FC9E26E}

Export it in the event you change your mind later.
Next, either remove it or rename it. Like this
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{-EFA24E62-B078-11d0-89E4-00C04FC9E26E}

Mosaic thanks for your reply, I 1st tried renamin that key and restarted my comp. That didn't work. I then went in (after exporting it) and deleted it entirely and then restarted my comp. again. Still isn't working. Would you, or anyone, know where I can remove this at. I am wanting to remove the View, Explorer Bar, History option. Or gray it out. Thanks again.

The menu option may not be gone or greyed out, but after restarting IE your History band will be gone, and the menu option will be ineffective.

Isn't that what you wanted?

Yes, I'm sorry. It is greyed out. I just seen that it was still an option and assumed that it didn't work. That works fine. Thanks again.

I think for XP we need to use a different phrase. It is beiged out. Light Browned out? LOL
