Set ACL's from Win95 client? (WNT)

I have Win95 clients on a NT4.0 SP6 domain. I have the logon.bat check and see if the students have a personal folder on the network share, and if not create one. The problem is that the folders created inherit the permissions of the share, that is "Everyone (Full,Full)". How can I have the Win95 client machines create a folder and set ACL's so only admin and the user had permissions?
