Me Files browsing

How do I prevent users from brosing other user files inside their profile (EX: prevent jane from browsing C:\windows\profiles\joe\my documents).

And, who is Me prime Administrator??? All all users the same or can I make myself admin and everyone else user????

You can't secure access to folders and files with 95,98 or ME. You'll need a 3rd party utility.
