The way you can do cool stuff with your Windows Recycle Bin|(eg. Delete, Rename, Copy etc.) is by opening Regedit, Accessing the directory HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder and changing the "Attributes" and change the value to 77 01 00 20
