users no save to hard disk (W2K)

I would like to know how to prevent users from saving to the hard disk.
and to prevent right click only to another user and not on admin

Open My Computer

right click on the volume (c, d etc..) hard disk that will be restricted from writing data.

select properties

disk quota tab (The disk quota tab will only show if the volume is an NTFS file system)

set the desired limit for the user.


For the Right click...
