When I try to load Help files from non-Microsoft software by clicking HELP in the menu bar, nothing happens. Help files load okay for Microsoft programs like IE, Word, etc. The Help files are there and work because I can open them by finding in the filelist. But why won't the menu bar access load the Help files?
