HELP Disable Sharing (W2K)

I am running win2000
and every time i start my pc, my 2 hard drive partitions (C,D) have sharing enabled on them.
I click disable, apply
But the next time i restart the computer sharing is back on.
I checked my PC for viruses, found a lot, but deleted all of them.
So how do I disable sharing once and for all????
PLEASE HELP
