Before you install another one:
How to cleanly uninstall / reinstall Easy CD Creator 5 in Windows XP
What OS do you have? These are guidelines for Win XP; I assume they have an explanation for other setups too. Read it careful, make the right backups.

If you have DirectCD on your system and you want nero's packet-writing software too (InCD) you will have too uninstall DirectCD. Both on same system will lead to conflicts. (Read the manuals :D
I have DirectCD and Nero on my system, works fine, but I do not have Nero's InCD.
Cheers

I haven't tried Roxio CD software since Adaptec spun it off. I have NTI CD-Maker 2000 http://www.ntius.com/ on a Win98SE machine and it does a fine job.
