View Full Version : Rebooting (All)
Hi,
Could anybody answer this question?
Somebody changed BIOS of my PC and set BIOS password. After that I change BIOS settings to Default, but rebooting PC stops on "Updating ESCD"
What can I do?
Thanks

Check your BIOS and see what the boot device order is. The default in most BIOS's is either the floppy drive or the CD-ROM as the first boot device. Your drive may be inop or not bootable (CD). Change the order to boot from your master hdd first and see if that clears it up.

it is always better to backup your BIOS on a floppy so in cases like such you can restore it again ...
