installed a 2nd ethernet card and lost my connectiion with my first card. took 2 days to get it back and i'm not sure of the way i got it back. is windows ME that unstable? has anyone had similar problems?

Are you using DHCP on either or both?, when you said lost your connection, do you merely mean lost network connection or internet connection?

If it is a dhcp, you may need to do a release and renew after you put a new network card.
