I am using a Linksys wireless and a Teletronics wireless adapter. The Linksys connects to my home network and the Teletronics provides a wireless connection to my ISP. If I reboot the machine the Teletronics adapter stops functioning although it still shows as functioning in Device Manager. If I change the interrupt assigned to the Teletronics unit and reboot the unit agains functions. Reboot again and it stops. Change the interrupt back to the original and reboot and it works. Manufacturer says it is a Win 98 problem. Any suggestions?

Is this a new problem or has the current setup never worked properly?
It may not be a hardware issue. since you have two adapters installed it's considered a multi-homed router. Windows will only route the data packets through one gateway at any one time. So if you have a gateway ip for the lan and one for the wan (net) you can't automatically communicate with both at the same time. Windows may be using the Lan as it's default gateway. You may need to config manual routes (to your isp) using the routing table.
go to dos type route /? for the correct syntax (Create a manual route to your isp).
while in dos type
ipconfig /all > c:\ipstat.txt
post back with the contents.
Maybe a dns issue? Are the dns ip's from the isp manually entered into a tcpip stack?
How do you want your setup to work? Do you want all lan pc's to access the net at the same time as the 98 router? Or, do you only want the router to connect to the net?
If you feel that it is a hardware issue try swapping the nics in their slots or moving one of the nics to an unused slot.
