Msn Messenger (W2K)

Hi,

I made restriction to disable the ability to run Microsoft Msn instant Messenger client. But when I
go to www.hotmail.com and enter with my count, IExplorer stop 10 seconds every time I read a message or enter in a directory.

How I can fix this?
