SendTo adding 'to desktop' (W98)

Normally adding a shortcut to a program in c:\windows\sendto\ will be enough; but I lost the "send to desktop (create shortcut)" item. How do I add this one?

Open Windows Explorer.
On the View menu, click Folder Options .
On the View tab, click to clear the 'Hide file extensions for known file types' check box, and then click OK .

Now navigate to the Windows\SendTo folder.

On the File menu, point to New , and then click Text Document . Type Desktop as Shortcut.DESKLINK and then press ENTER .
