A few weeks ago I put a post here asking about a better way to view Favourites than the Pull Down Menu then you have to wait while some of you have hundreds of links. Anyway try this do a normal click on the pull down favourites then hold down SHIFT & click ORGANISE FAVOURITES this is much better, you can stretch the window to full screen if you want. Make sure you configure to open in same window that way you click a folder & it stays in the same window, Not Bad eh!

I'd rather scroll thru my favs effortlessly, avoiding all that clicking. That's what the drop-down is for, isn't it?

I also use "FavOrg" to place the favicons next to my
links in the drop-down menu, making them easier to identify. For the sites that don't have one,I just create my own.
Or,a lil' more time consuming way to save those favicons from a site is to;add the site to your Favorites(delete/re-add if you already have it,then promptly look in your TIF folder, look for a "Favicon" entry (with the details view, and it may actually appear to be one from another site),copy it to a folder you create,i called mine "Favicons",then retrieve it by changing the icon (lil' blue "e") corresponding to that link.(right-click the link, select properties, change icon, browse to your new folder,ok & apply out.)
Windows seems to override this method after a while, that's why I went to "FavOrg".

Patyson you've missed the whole point if you saw the thread from my post when I was talking about Favourites viewing! & what are you talking about "all that clicking" there is one extra click. Some of us have a couple of hundred links in our Favourites Folder which is very hard to view the conventional way. This way is much easier!
I also use Favorg too its very good for collecting icons etc. Thank you All ---Hally---

I have hundreds of links, but most are organized by subject folders, therefore easy to find.I'm always trying to avoid having to use the keyboard when surfing anyway. If I still miss your point,I apologize,
but I don't see how any clicking and use of another hand on the keyboard can be any easier/faster.
thanx
