Help (W98)

[Understudy]

Hi. I am new here and am interested in learning windows scripting language. Im pretty sure thats what its called. I was reading the tutorial on it where it tells me to do the echo command. But everytime I try something it says "Can't find script engine "VBScript" for script " The directory I put It In"" So why does it say this and what should I do?
