Outlook Express (W98)

Is it possible to export individual or a selected group of emails from one machine without forwarding obviously if i was to group all the emails i wanted into a new folder in outlook express can i copy that folder from one machine to another making sure there are no version conflicts of course ?
or is there an easier way?

Create a new folder, open outlook/outlook express and have both new folder and outlook/outlook express screens open and viewable, click and drag the emails you want into the folder or edit>select all to move then all at once.
You can either send the folder to your A drive or zip the folder and email as one file.

Obviously to get them into the new inbox just click and drag the desired emails from the folder.
