My AOL DSL had been working fine then one day it quit seeing my DSL Modem. Tec support support has done everything they know (which isn't a whole lot) and even sent someone to my house and still could not fix problem. I have also tried 2 other modems and still have same problem. Dial up still works fine. I was thinking about reloading windows as a last resort but thought I'd try this first. Anyone have any ideas?
