I'm dieng to know if there's any way to embed a flash file(*.swf) in a mail . ( instead of attaching it )

You can do this by Insert>Object>Create from file. The only problem with this is that the recipients mail client or anti-virus software might block this as potentially unsafe. If they trust you it should come through OK.
Hope this helps(?).
I guess thats a new feature in outlook XP
I'm using OE6 & Outlook 2000 and i don't have insert object on the insert menu

thanx for your reply.
I followed you and as a test, sent a mail with a test.swf file embeded in it to my other address.
As i opens this mail, there pops up a warning dialoge box saying :
"Because of the current active x settings, this page may not be completely desplayed."
with only one "OK" button.
clicking this "OK" butten closes the error message and the mail will be opened with no embeded file.
in case of *.avi the mail desplays the first scene of the file and doesn't play it when i open the mail.
How can i change this settings of active x controls?
any more advice?
any kind of help or suggestion would be appreciated deeply.

To change the active X security setting you must:
Tools>Options>Security>Zone Settings>Custom Level.
Hope this helps...
