I'd upgrade to the latest service pack of your particular browser, if you haven't already.

This will update both files.

What version are you running at the moment (Internet Explorer > help > info)

You could also try to repair IE: Control Panel > Software add/remove > MS Internet Explorer > Remove > Repair your version of IE.

schemichael,

Tony's solution will most likely correct the problem.

if you need further help, try these links:

<a target="_blank" href=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q169747>Error Message: Invalid Page Fault in Mshtml.dll</a>

<a target="_blank" href=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q265244>Error Message in Mshtml.dll While You Browse the Internet</a>

Uninstall Gator software if you have it installed.

Additionally, Iexplore page faults in Mshtml.dll can be caused by cache problems:

Start up with a boot disk, and type the following at the MS-DOS prompt, each line followed by pressing 'enter':

c:
cd windows
smartdrv
deltree history
deltree tempor~1
exit or win (to return to Windows)

It can never hurt to try this as well.
