What exactly are you trying to achieve?
There's a <a target="_blank" href=http://www.freewarepage.de/download/480.shtml>German program that's called like that</a>, but I don't suppose you're referring to that one.
Would you mind explaining a bit more?

I would like to explore the possibilities of the registry more. i received an information the above mentioned program is able to produce an .adm file to be used in the policy editor.
