Lost My Toolbars (W2K)

I spent the entire day yesterday removing the W95/Elkern.cav.c virus from my computer using McAfee. Now I no longer have toolbars when I open "My Compter" and the like.

I still have toolbars in IE, but nothing else.

I did a repair using the W2K CD but it didn't fix it.

How do I get them back?

open My computer and click view on the menu. select toolbars and standard buttons. that should bring back the buttons.
