My system has suddenly started to slowdown on a number of occasions today after months nd months of solid reliability. I have not installed any new s/w in a long time, all of my Windows updates are installed and my virus scanner is up-to-date. When it happened I ran at Task Manager and 99% of system resources were running an application called nopbd.exe. Does anyone know what this does or how I can fix this recurring problem?
