When adding a fax number to a contact entry in Outlook 2k, it seems to create a new contact for that person. When selecting a contact from the address book (not the contact folder), it brings up the entry with the fax number and therefore the email will not send. Does anyone know of any tweak to prevent this from happening? If i'm not making any sense, please let me know.
