hi,
my mouse reufuses to work in windows 2000 pro this mouse is connected on the com 2 serial port windows displays a small yellow icon next to my mouse and says "this device cannot be started code 10") this is strange the same mouse worked fine with windows 2000 before now it doesn't
it's a kensington valumouse three buttons i have two setup disk but cannot install them the following driver is loaded c:\winnt\system32\drivers\sermouse.sys
and some other don't know that name anybody out there who know how to fix this ?? i have already check kensington website for updated drivers but no luck :( help ...... :-)
