Mouse Freezes (W98)

Could someone tell me how I might correct an errant mouse. It freezes though very few apps are open at one time. I need to restart my computer when I can't move the mouse. I'm using an intelliexplorer mouse, and have plenty of disk space available.

Are you using the cordless version? If so, and you have a 2.4 GHx cordless phone in the area that could be the cause.

sounded like the driver, try to reinstall the driver.
