Hi,
I've got a HP 1000 LJ printer which is connected to a usb port on a compaq pc. well it works fine sometime and sometimes it stops working giving error-cannot write to usb port.
I have checked the printer on another machine and it works fine. also i have formatted and reinstalled my os-windows 2000. after giving the error i have to restart the print spooler service and logoff and login again to make the printer working again. i have no idea whats the prob. can anyone please help.
