After a live update, how do I know which tweaks were added?

there is usually a list of the changes made by the update on the website. aside from that if you didn't know what the updates were and you still don't know why did you update?
I'm not trying to be smart but appling updates just for the sake of it is something that is likely to mess you PC up.

I think you miss read me or I didn't explain good enough. Retrieving updates for Tweak Manager downloads the latest tweaks that are available but since it is in beta they haven't implemented an easy way to find out what the new registry updates are. If you don't know, this software that I speak of is here at winguides.
