How do I look at event logs?? (W2K)

Hi my question is, how do I acess event logs??? I want to know what programs I used and files I opened and sites I visited.... thank you!!

The Event Viewer can be accessed by going to Stat>Run, and typing:
eventvwr.msc <and hit Enter>

You won't find sites you visited here, that info is contained in Internet Explorer's History. The common directory would be c:\Documents and Settings>YOUR USER NAME\Local Settings>History.

WHat do I need to do in order to view them/?? Do I save them??? There are right now, application program, secuirty log and systemlog but it really doesnt tell me anything... to me it looks like information is some kind of passwordized... can you help?? thanks
