Media Player (WME)

Since I upgraded to 7.01 my CD does not automatically start Media Player. I have to physically open Media Player and then click on start for it to play. Before upgrading it was automatic. I've chosen for it to start in Now Playing mode so I'm not sure what else to do. I've been through the Help topics and also into Microsoft Help where I just lost the will to live! Also when it's finished playing the CD it doesn't automatically go back to the beginning - which is very frustrating. Can anybody help me please?

Go to the Device Manager and the CD entry. Make sure the Auto Insertion is still checked.

Didn't work so I got frustrated with it and decided to download Media Player again and now it's working fine. Temperamental little whatsit!
