Few times I have this problem. If I have a mail which is huge or with huge attachement, that is not supposed to sent or stuck, I can't seem to delete the mail. I have to wait until it goes.. Is there any way to delete the email. Any one knows, please advise. Thanks

Well, if for some reason you cant delete the file, you could delete the entire outbox file that stores everything in your outbox. THat way, when you open Outlook again, it will create a brand new and empty, outbox. Are you using Outlook or Express? What version?

Open Outlook, go to File, Work Off Line.
Go to your Outbox and open the email, Right click on the attachment and select Remove. Then delete the email after closing it.
Then go back to File and deselect Work Offline.
Another way would be to Click on the Sending email message at the bottom right and select cancel mail delivery and then go to the Outbox and delete the email.
I suspect you can not delete it becauuse it is in the process of being sent. So you have to stop that process before you can delete the email or it's attachment.

deleting the whole email box is a bad idea because there are so much stuff there.. Stopping the process is the good idea.. but i could only stop outlook the application, but the process is not to be found in win98. NOt like nt, it will tell you what you are running... any idea...??

The process that I was referring to was the sending of the email and not Oulook itself.
Another way would be to disconnect your modem from the PC so that it is unable to connect or send.
Then go to the Outbox when it is done and delete the email.
You mention that there are a lot of items in the Outbox? I have none in mine. Are they emails that you were unable to send because of the mentioned large email?
