Black Bar on Start Menu (WME)

Hi I installed tweakui v1.33 on my ME system. Now when you click start, the WindowsME logo has been replaced with a black bar. I saw a fix for NT4 about enabling shell enhancements. This box is enabled in Tweakui. Anyone had this or know what REG key/value needs to be changed in the regestry. The second problem is the autologon dosnt work. The setings are in place in tweak but it dosnt work, What are the actual settings that need to be in place in the regestry?

I have that box "shell enh." enabled (by default I think), and it does not show as NT4. If it was intended for NT it wont show/work on my w98.

If you see a black area where the WME logo should be then it is probably not a problem with tweakUI itself but some of your windows files may be bad.
Also try viewing it in a different/higher color mode. And check to make sure you have installed the proper VGA card driver.

By the way you could turn-off the WME vertical logo banner using the Settings>"Taskbar & Start Menu" properties dialogue. Select (check) "show small icons ...in start menu" or whatever it is called on yours.
