LiveScrolling in Excel (WXP)

Is there any way to have LiveScrolling in Excel as in Word 2000? The word Reg Hack does not work in Excel.

By Live Scrolling do you mean using the Wheel on the IntelliMouse?

What I mean is when u scroll down by dragging the scrollbar tab, the contents move down at the same time, rather when you let go, as is the default in Excel.

I've never had that feature work either, I don't think it will with my Wheel Mouse. The wheel does it for me. There was a setting for 97 but I don't have it installed on anything now.
