Can anyone tell me what the setting is to make Win2K remember what Explorer windows you last had open when you log in?
This was the default in Windows NT4 and is possible on Win2K (it seems to work on some of my machines, but I don't know how).

I don't have my Win2K running this morning, but in WinXP there is a setting in Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, View tab, and scroll down to and put a check mark in Restore previous folder windows at logon. See if you have something similar and if it works the way you want.

Thanks, but that setting doesn't seem to exist in Win2K. Perhaps the registry key it changes is the same on both platforms. I don't know how easy it is (or if it's possible) to check this.
Thanks again!
