shutdown screen NT4

If I shutdown NT4 I get the screen restart your PC.
But I dont want that I want to got a clear screen.
Because we got a ups that automatecly shutdown the system. but if sombody hits the button he is shutdown under starting NT4. can you help me?

When you get a screen that says 'its safe to restart your computer' it is also safe to kill the power to the cpu at that point. You don't have to hit the "Restart" button on the screen, just hit the power switch, or pull the plug, or whatever you need to do.
